Delivery Frequency
Delivery frequency is assigned per store based on the following criteria:
Twice-weekly delivery
- High-volume stores in Davao City and Cebu City
- Stores where sales velocity justifies shortened replenishment cycles
- Excludes stores where delivery procedure requires excessive time regardless of volume
Weekly delivery
- All other stores within the network
- New stores until sales data stabilizes and PSQ baseline is established
- Stores managed under special commercial consideration regardless of volume
Luzon
Luzon operations are currently maintained at a selective scale. A dedicated production facility is under review, targeting the first half of 2027 — at which point full-scale Luzon operations will begin.
Network as Infrastructure
The routes and retail relationships that comprise our distribution network represent more than product delivery infrastructure. Each route has been built through sustained field presence — store by store, cycle by cycle.
For a supply partner entering the Philippine market, this network eliminates the single most difficult barrier to retail entry: the time and cost of building store-level relationships and delivery discipline from zero.
We deliver. We manage the shelf. We track what sells, what doesn’t, and how fast — and we report back. For the right partner, this infrastructure is available.
